The Penguinr/c is pleased to announce the release of our advanced performance chassis for the Yokomo MR-4 TC and MR-4 Rally.

The chassis upgrade enhances the MR-4's performance by increasing the tortional stiffness, adding further performance adjustments above and beyond that of the stock MR-4, and lightening the weight of the vehicle overall, making this conversion the choice when absolute performance and tuning is crucial to the driver.

The P1111 Racing Upgrade kit provides P1100 racers with a solid battery hold down system, fiberglass bulkhead plates, and a front mount transponder holder.

Advanced features include:
  • Carbon Graphite Chassis - entirely new graphite chassis including M2.5 shock towers, transponder mount, and hardware.
  • 7 Independent Roll Center Adjustments - for both the front and the rear, this allows fine tuning of suspension loading to gain maximum traction on adverse surfaces.
    (5 independant roll centers instead of 7 on the front of the Rally)
  • 3 Different Shock Mounting Positions - for front and rear, holes for both large body and mini body shocks. Allows for changes in straight-line dampening which are used to reduce pitch changes and initial turn-in response.
  • Front Shock Tower Body Posts - relocates the body mounts from the MR-4's front bumper to the front shock tower giving the body additional support in collisions.
  • Quick Relaease LTO Battery Pack - for easier use, attaches the battery using Velcro hold down straps.

    Yokomo MR4/Rally
    The Yokomo MR4 chassis has gone through some revisions over the years, this chassis was designed for the first generation MR4. If your MR4 has an SP or later chassis modifications may be needed to get the chassis to work properly. If purchasing this kit for use with the Rally version of the MR4 further customer action or an additional purchase of the P1106r Front Shock tower will be required.
