The Penguinr/c P2100 TB01 Performance Chassis is designed to transform the Tamiya TB01 from an entry level r/c vehicle into a mid-high level performance car. The goal of the P2100 was to create the stiffest possible chassis for the TB01 while retaining balance and increasing the overall tunability of the car. In order to achieve this goal we developed an innovative M2.0 Graphite and G10, three piece lower chassis that retains the use of the existing front and rear TB01/TG10 bumpers and a full length M2.0 graphite upper deck.

M3.0 graphite shock towers for both the front and rear are included in the P2100 kit. These towers provide additional shock angle adjustments to tune vehicle sensitivity. Further improvements to the traditional TB01 included adjusting the weight balance of the the car by moving the batteries and the servo more toward the center of the car. This adjustment gives the car quicker response to driver input and additional stability during transitions.

The P2100 chassis kit, in addition to everything above, includes a M3.0 G10 solid battery mounting system to securely fasten your batteries to the chassis and a M2.0 graphite steering center tie to remove some of the slop in the stock steering system.
